Do you want to do this?
- Identify and develop new business opportunities targeting both private and public sectors
- Manage the entire sales process, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly
- Present our wellness services in a compelling manner to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to create attractive proposals and solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support and communication
- Participate in strategic planning to support long-term growth and client relationships
We believe that you:
- Have previous experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the wellness sector and/or B2B sales in HR solutions or related industries
- Have proven ability in managing purchasing processes and handling long sales cycles effectively
- Are self-driven and capable of independently driving and closing deals with ab proactive approach to project management
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Show a strong customer focus, ensuring high-quality service while driving business growth and expansion opportunities
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and identify business opportunities while managing multiple processes simultaneously
Experience in procurement processes and tenders within the public sector is highly desirable, as it can provide valuable insights into navigating complex sales processes and understanding the unique needs of public organizations.

This is a permanent position reporting to our Sales Manager, with a preferred start date as soon as possible (depending on the right candidate). The role is based in Liljeholmen, Stockholm, with the option for part-time remote work under our hybrid policy.
