Are you ready to become our Country Manager in Sweden? This pivotal role combines strategic market leadership with hands-on operational execution, giving you full responsibility for establishing and growing Drop’s presence in the Swedish market.

We are seeking a Country Manager to lead Drop’s operations in Sweden. This dynamic role combines strategic market leadership, reseller relationship management, and operational execution. As Country Manager, you will have full responsibility for Drop’s Swedish market presence, working closely with our Finnish team across sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service, while fostering strong partnerships with resellers and other key stakeholders.

The team and working culture

At Drop, we are a small yet dynamic team of ten based in Finland, supported by external service providers for areas like marketing and advertising. While this role doesn’t currently include a direct team under its supervision, all key resources, such as marketing and financial management, are seamlessly provided from Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee and develop Drop's operations in Sweden, aligning local strategies with global objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Research market needs, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Reseller and Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new resellers, and expand the service network across Sweden.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance digital visibility, execute campaigns, and grow both direct-to-consumer and reseller sales.
  • Customer Support: Work with the customer service team to develop localized support processes and address escalations effectively.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Partner with the logistics team to ensure seamless product delivery and establish in-country distribution solutions as sales grow.
  • Events and Visibility: Represent Drop at key trade shows and industry events, strengthening the brand's presence in Sweden.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the CEO, resellers, and production planning to ensure efficient operations.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to drive success in the Swedish market.

Initial Focus Areas

  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of the Swedish market.
  • Build relationships with existing resellers and understand their resources.
  • Define and implement local sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that the existing logistics, supply chain, and customer service functions are seamlessly adapted to meet the specific needs of the Swedish market.

Success Metrics


  • Localized operational processes effectively implemented.
  • Increased sales through resellers and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Enhanced product visibility through digital campaigns and key events.
  • Achieve sales of approximately 100–150 units during the first full year (2026).

Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Broad, minimum +5 years of work experience in sales/marketing, and operational roles
  • Experience working with reseller networks would be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish market, particularly in consumer products or luxury goods.
  • Experience in selling physical products, with a preference for technical or design-focused items.
  • Native-level Swedish and fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional networking and collaboration skills

  • Compensation consists of a base salary, bonus, and potentially a stock option program
