Engineers Without Borders Sweden is a volunteer based and value driven organization Engineering for Humanity. Background

Join our dynamic Digitalization Competence Team, where your expertise in specific technical areas can drive real change in African communities.
Be a part of our strategic growth, as we explore innovative ways to amplify our social impact and contribute to the advancement of the STEM agenda in Africa.

We want to build up an ecosystem that shall support organizations to build up computer skills in their local community.

What is your role?

The aim is to recruit several team members to builda multidisciplinary team within the Digitalization Competence Group that will support us and our partner organization in Uganda in spreading computer skills amongst young children.

If you have abackground in tech or engineering - especially in the areas of IT, computer science, digitalization, programming or other digital technologies we are looking for YOU!

Additionalbackground in teaching, mentoring tutoring and or pedagogyis a plus.

If you have a passion forcreating engaging learning journeys and educational programs- preferable for children?

Yourbackground in training mentors andcrafting effective onboarding plans for mentors and mentees, that will come handy when being part of our team.

If you have a background inprocess reviewsandchange management, ideally within the IT context,we would love to meet you. Previous background as consultant or teacher/tutor is a plus but not a hard requirement.

Location: remotely
