For a global pharmaceutical company in an exciting growth phase within the Nordic market, Haeger & Carlsson is recruiting a driven Product Manager, Project Manager, or Production Manager with digital expertise and a strong foundation in both science and marketing. The ideal candidate is flexible, transitions seamlessly between strategy and execution, and thrives in a cross-functional work environment. Having an entrepreneurial mindset, with everything that entails, is also an advantage.

To be considered for this position, you should fulfill the following criteria:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare, life sciences, or related field.

Experience:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in a similar role within the Nordic region.
• Required understanding of the differences in marketing regulations across the Nordic countries.
• Experience in working with rare diseases is an advantage.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong proficiency in digital communication channels, with hands-on experience using Veeva or similar platforms for material approval and CRM.
• Professional fluency in both English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

The role reports to Commercial Lead and is ideally based in Stockholm.

Hybrid, with the possibility to work from home 2 days a week.
