General Description:

A great opportunity to join BeiGene Nordics in an early stage of establishment and during launch of our Solid Tumor portfolio. Looking for a truly passionate and empathic person with solid experience as Product Manager preferably from the oncology field and with experience from previous Nordic responsibilities. Self-driven with an innovative and commercial mindset and a good understanding of omnichannel and digital platforms. Under the direction of the Nordic Country Manager, the Candidate will, among several things, have responsibilities within setting brand strategy, developing go to market plans, engage with key stakeholders, define promotional mix and driving customer projects.

The Candidate will play a key role in ensuring patient access to BeiGene products by developing and executing overall commercial strategies, working closely with the local teams (Access, Medical and Commercial), as well as the Marketing team in Sub Region Europe and across other regions.

To succeed in the role as Product Manager/Senior Product Manager Oncology Nordics, you have a solid understanding of pharmaceutical drivers. You can translate scientific data and knowledge into clear messaging and communication.

Essential Functions of the job:
  • Strong alignment with cross-functional team to support brand strategy across the Nordics.
  • Close collaboration with commercial team and ensuring training is defined and executed to drive expertise and performance.
  • Engage with key stakeholders in the field (e.g., HCPs, payers, policy makers, patient organizations, etc.) across the Nordic markets.
  • Identify new technologies and tools that can benefit the execution of tactics.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to ensure solutions and improvements are rapidly identified to optimize launch and improve patient access across Nordic countries.
  • Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct.
  • Operate in line with BeiGene's Code of Conduct and relevant policies for commercial and promotional activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct.


Qualifications:
  • >5+ years of professional experience in the pharma sector with >2+ years' Product Manager experience in pharmaceutical or biotech. Previous experience and knowledge of oncology and the field of Solid Tumors is an asset.
  • Experience in Nordics countries or vast experience in one of the countries is a requirement.
  • Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, solution-oriented and a positive attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills and thought leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to develop and maintain strong partnerships working in cross-functional team across geographies.
  • Turns creative ideas into original solutions. Produces new or different approaches in current situations and enables creativity in others.
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Fluency in both verbal and written in one of the Scandinavian languages and English
    • Proficiency in all MS-Office applications


Reports to:Senior Director Country Manager Nordics

Education: Bachelors' degree in business administration, life sciences or healthcare discipline preferred.

Travel: Business travel is required for regular internal and external business meetings (varies from 10-30% of time)
