Job Description:

The Capacitors and Surge Arresters department within High Voltage Products in Ludvika is in an expanding and exciting phase. We are now looking for an Operation Production Manager at Capacitors & Surge Arresters to join our dedicated team.

You will support the organization in driving investment projects and actions, allowing it to reach accomplishments otherwise not achievable. You will have the possibility to commission new production lines and also to increase the productivity in the production lines. To be suitable for this role, you should be a person who gets things done, while still appreciating the need for a structured approach.

Your responsibilities

• Ownership of Manufacturing processes
• Drive and implement investments to increase capacity to enable growth
• Act as a role model by being supportive, handle change with commitment and engage your team to act and perform at their best
• Responsibility for team and process development to make sure High Voltage Components are equipped to meet both challenges and opportunities ahead
• You make sure your team delivers on time and with high quality to meet customers expectations
• Setting clear targets and challenge the organization with a structured approach
• Take active part in Factory management team and work with a holistic picture

Your background

• Relevant production experience
• Earlier management positions
• University degree or experience from a similar position
• English speaking and preferably also Swedish speaking
