Then this could be the perfect role for you.

My name is Anna Peterson, leading the Customer Management unit within Customer Service and Delivery B2B in Sweden. We are now looking for an experienced manager to lead one of our three Service Management teams.

As a manager for Service Management, you will be responsible for leading your team in all aspects of Service Management commitments to Telia's enterprise customers. You will lead a team consisting of Senior- and Executive Service Managers, where you will create a work environment where your team thrives and develop their skills to meet current and future customer needs.

In this position you will drive customer satisfaction, employee engagement and contribute to the Key Performance Indicators of the Customer Management unit. You will also optimize the resources and capabilities needed to fulfill the delivery of Service Management according to existing customer agreements.

You will be part of the Customer Management leadership team, where you will work closely to peers who have the same responsibilities as yourself. You will also collaborate within areas of Life Cycle Solution and Change Management as well as within Customer and Operational Excellence.

Is this you?

As a person, you are customer-focused with strong leadership skills who loves to drive improvement and change. You are a good communicator, well-structured and not afraid to speak up. You can break down strategy into action plans and achieve tangible results. You are a team player and are used to working with stakeholders within different parts and levels of an organization as well as representing Telia in, sometimes challenging, customer meetings.

Your experience:
  • University degree within business, engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience within the IT or telecom industry.
  • Extensive leadership experience documented and with good references.
  • Experience in leading senior teams working with large enterprise customers.
  • Experience in change management, how to build effective organizations, streamlining through synergies, create effective working methods through processes and routines.
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Certified within ITIL (merit)
