About the role:

In Business Services, we carry out the customer deliveries, no matter the product they buy, the service they use, or their location. At the forefront of modern process engineering, we design smart and sustainable processes - always with the customer in mind. Just imagine the impact you could have and what we could accomplish together, working here, at the heart of the action.

As a Global Process Expert, you'll play a vital role in designing and optimizing end-to-end processes in the Lending area, ensuring alignment with SEB's product and process strategies. You will work to deliver scalable, automated, and secure solutions that meet evolving customer demands while minimizing non-financial risks.

You will join a highly skilled and engaged team of six professionals working within Mortgages and Bank Loans, both private and corporate. Together, you'll collaborate closely with Business, Tech, and stakeholders in the Financing Tribe to drive meaningful improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support key change initiatives
  • Analyze and implement new requirements
  • Collaborate with product specialists and cross-functional teams
  • Improve internal efficiency and streamline processes
  • Represent SEB in joint banking initiatives
  • Build and maintain end-to-end process knowledge and competence

  • Experience working in a Branch environment
  • Expertise in process mapping and efficiency improvement
  • Proven ability to analyze data for informed decision-making
  • Project management experience
  • Understanding of technical solutions and their role in process optimization
