About the assignment
As a Finance Data & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects and optimizing finance business intelligence reporting and dashboards. You will:

• Develop and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously, including report development, modifications, and enhancements.
• Partner with various finance functions to ensure the successful advancement of finance data and analytics.
• Prioritize and manage projects globally, working with finance teams to understand their business requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Utilize DBS tools to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize the use of QlikSense to eliminate waste and duplication from financial processes.
• Document clear requirements, prepare functional design documents, monitor project progress, and test solutions before release for further user testing.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and assess all requests for additional or non-standard developments.

Who you are
We believe you have:

• A BS/MS Degree in Business, Finance, IT, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of QlikSense or other BI tools.
• Proven success in building and developing collaborative global and cross-functional teams and relationships.
• Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information/data effectively.
• Experience in finance process transformation, including ERP systems.
• Proficiency in project management principles, tools, and software.
