We are now searching for a Contract Specialist to HV Service in Ludvika and we very much look forward to your application!

Your responsibilities

• Provide contract related support during the execution stage (negotiation, claim and dispute resolution)
• Active involvement during tendering stage in order to assess terms and conditions, possible risks and/or opportunities
• Develop, implement and maintain contractual strategy
• Provide guidance in contract management related matters across the unit
• Participation and support during the risk review process
• Review and drafting of legal documentation
• Close cooperation with project managers and area sales managers

Your background

• University degree in the legal field and hands-on experience in the legal field
• Proficient in Swedish and English. Other languages are considered as an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as a strong team contributor
• Proactive approach
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills
