An exciting opportunity has arisen for aTransportation Specialistto join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office inPantelimon, Ilfov.

In this role, you will coordinate, develops and performs tactical planning of transports to ensure optimal flows and contribute to process performance in accordance with annual objectives.

This is what you will do

• Perform daily transport planning activities according to predefined procedures and contracts
• Book and order transportation based on deliveries schedule to regular partners fleet, looking for new transport solutions if necessary.
• Obtaining UIT codes for agreed transports, according to the legislation in place
• Prepare transport documentation and ensures accurate information is maintained in systems (TMS, ERP).
• Coordinate daily assigned activities collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor process performance and react to problems as appropriate.
• Handle daily operational relations and interfaces with selected freight management suppliers.
• Contributes to improvements of daily procedures within department and in cooperation with stakeholders

Kvalifikationer
This is what you need to succeed:

• University Degree
• Previous experience in goods transportation preferable with temperature control
• TMS working experience it's a plus
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of international trade agreements and regulations.
• Good knowledge of corresponding contracts and terms.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical thinking, well organized
