The ideal candidatewill have a Master's degree from a recognized university and over 8 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management & Operations, with a specific focus on planning. You're passionate about SC&O, and topics such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization. You have led major projects at both strategic and operational levels and are adept at influencing across multiple stakeholders. As a leader, you communicate effectively at all levels, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and possess solid business acumen within supply chain planning.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Experience: Over 8 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on planning (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, etc.). Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading teams and complex projects at both strategic and operational levels.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong business understanding, particularly within supply chain planning, and an entrepreneurial approach to identifying and capturing value for clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with key planning technologies (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Blue Yonder) and familiarity with analytics, AI, and machine learning applications.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and a Nordic language, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster collaboration across functions.

In this role, you will report to the Supply Chain & Operations Lead in Nordics and be based in Sweden, Norway or Denmark.
