Service Account Manager - Spare Parts

In this role you will drive the spare parts business for project and aftermarket. Ensure the entire customer supply process, implementation and execution, in order to achieve a high level of service quality, operational efficiency, on time delivery, order growth and customer satisfaction- according to our growth strategy.

Your responsibilities

  • Implement and drive identified strategical initiatives to grow spare parts business
  • Collaborates with internal teams locally and globally (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assists with resolution of customer spare parts issues
  • Supporting and participating in spare part audits with customers
  • Participates in determining sales targets and estimated forecasts for spare parts business
  • Prepares various analyses by market, and product
  • Collaborates with internal teams as needed, locally and globally
  • Optimize the value chain and logistic part: from supplier prices, lead times, internal systems, quoting systems, logistics and others
  • Prepares price lists for review and approval and delivers customer quotations.
  • Contribute to develop and maintain spare parts back-end costs repositories and front-end e-commerce tools.

Your background

  • A Master of Science/bachelor's degree in any technology field
  • Work experience with spare parts handling, Supply Chain management and logistics would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in English is a requirement
  • Proficiency in data management and IT system use, eg Office tools
  • Self-independent as well as a team player
  • Experience from hoisting and mining business and project management skills are a merit
  • You are a driven and curious person who takes pride in commitment and to deliver result
  • You are good at working in teams and a relationship builder
