Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize or SAAS delivery
• Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple applications
• Management of requirements and coordination with hosting services provider
• Maintain systems for monitoring and observability
• Support technical team with operational matters
• Planning, setup, and management of standardized delivery pipelines through multiple stages of product and service delivery.

Required Experience

• Several years of expertise in the field

Beneficial Skills

• Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft
• Experience in management of network
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Experience with tools and workflows for Continuous Integration and Delivery.
