Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior SCADA Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan, lead, and execute the procurement and implementation of a new SCADA platform.

Manage requirements, procurement processes, and project implementation in a complex technical environment.

Collaborate closely with the Technology and IT departments to ensure the solution aligns with operational and technical needs.

Drive the modernization of SCADA platforms to enhance safety and accessibility in traffic management.

Oversee the development of support and maintenance agreements for the implemented system.

Ensure the project meets deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

What you bring:

At least 10 years of experience managing IT system implementation projects in complex environments.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in public sector procurement projects.

Proven expertise in automation and PCS/SCADA systems.

Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving critical production environments.

Experience with SCADA systems and public transport projects is advantageous.

A strong track record in change management assignments within critical production environments.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

A results-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
