Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Test rig to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead projects focused on rebuilding and adapting existing machines for new test objects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize testbed functionality for new requirements.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with production technology goals.

Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

What you bring:

3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a strong connection to production technology.

Proven ability to manage complex projects involving machinery adaptation and development.

Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver results.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and ensure project alignment.

Fluent in English and swedish.
