Skills and experiences

• Know how to manage your clients' expectations effectively
• Have experience from full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform
• Flexibility to travel to client sites if required
• Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language and excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Finance and/or Accounting end-user experience is seen as an advantage.

What you'll do

You will:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct business process analysis, and design solutions tailored to their accounting and/or project management needs
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O to align with client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality
• Participate in full-cycle implementation of projects, including project planning, scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-implementation support
• Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients to improve their processes, drive operational efficiency, and achieve business objectives
• Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.
