• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing both client and consultant teams.
• Strong understanding of public sector operations and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Entrepreneurial skills with a passion for building teams and client relationships.
• Background in both Technology consulting and Management or Strategy consulting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of digital transformation and technology solutions for the public sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Expertise in Data and AI, data platforms, and transforming businesses is a bonus.
