Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 10+ years of SAP project experience, including 5+ years in management roles managing complex transformations.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams, coaching talent, and delivering successful SAP projects.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, SAP ECC, Fiori, SAP Cloud, and related technologies.
• Business Acumen: Strong business development skills, including presales, proposal preparation, and client engagement.
• Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Solution Architect) are a plus.
