As Order responsible at HVDC Service, you have overall technical and commercial responsibility for your orders of spare parts and smaller service jobs (the orders may contain everything that is installed in an HVDC plant). Your responsibility runs from order hand-over from Sale until the customer order has been fulfilled in accordance with the contract. You will also create purchases orders at HVDC suppliers and handle these until order has been fulfilled. Our customers are all over the world and you have many contact points both internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
Your responsibilities
- Manage orders from customer and purchases at suppliers
- Register and handle orders and purchases in the order system. Follow-up completion and communicate ongoing orders/purchases internally as well as with customers and suppliers
- Invoicing and ensure payment from the customers
- Review documentation related to sales department/customer
- Handle documentation referring to HVDC Service projects
- Collaboration with customers, suppliers and colleagues all over the world
- Contribute to Continues Improvement and processes, attending meetings and using the tool for The HVDC way

Your background
- As a person, you are driven, thorough, structured and positive.
- You are customer-focused and good at communicating and collaborating with others.
- The work involves contacts all over the world, which requires that you master English, both orally and in writing. Swedish language is mandatory.
- You take responsibility of your own work and actions and feel comfortable working with many tasks in parallel.
- Computer is a natural tool in your everyday life and requires computer skills, including MS Office package (Word and Excel).
- SAP knowledge would be an asset.
