Are you a technically interested leader who wants to help run projects in industry and energy? We are now strengthening the team and looking for a project manager for our new energy-efficient motors and drive systems! With us, you will have a key role in deliveries, of course in close dialog with the customer to create success in the end to end process - from sales to functioning plant. We offer fast, accurate and qualified service and want to get better - be part of the growth! In this role, you will lead projects within ABB Motion in the Southern North region, located in Sundsvall. You work to provide clear guidelines, tasks and milestones while motivating and providing feedback to the execution organization and working in close cooperation with the sales organization and our clients. You will maintain and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all objectives are met and provide excellent service at every stage of the project. This position also includes being a contract manager for some of the region's contract customers.

Your responsibilities

• You will lead various projects, taking responsibility for the whole chain and ensuring that we meet customer expectations
• Responsible for the project from a budgetary, technical and delivery perspective
• Monitoring and updating to reflect project changes and workflow
• Working closely with the resource planners
• Motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
• Defining technical solutions in close consultation with the customer and our own sales in different technology areas
• You will be supported by Motion's project manager in Sweden

Your background

• You have a background in electrical engineering
• A couple of years of technical experience or background as a project manager
• A structured person who is comfortable with meeting deadlines
• Driven, with a strong interest in developing and implementing best practices and innovative solutions
• You should be outgoing and social in a professional context, good at building lasting relationships and see the value in maintaining and developing them
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in SAP is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel
