Qualifications:
As Project Manager Engineering (PME) Automotive you have a very important and central role within the product development. You will work in an international environment with a wide network.
Core Responsibilities:
Give project status regulary and upon request, skilled in sort out the critical issues to be focused
Lead and implement Powertrain projects to production, with fulfillment of agreed limits in Quality, Deliverytime, Cost and Features
Work together with the CPM (Chief Project Manager) and the PM's from Manufacturing,
Purchasing, Quality and Aftermarket
Manage skilled engineers in order to reach the best results
Establish and actively work with the project time plan, consolidate the budget for all engineering activities, through collaborative work within the line organization. Early warnings if deviations from plan. Contribute to find solutions
Required Competencies:
Driven, structured and result oriented. Even with limited time available
Good knowledge within Diesel engine
development, heavy duty vehicle Powertrain
Good knowledge in written and spoken
Holistic view
Good communication skills
Ability to conclude and communicate project issues understandably to the organization and stakeholders
Good ability to create and manage network
Knowledge in Automotive
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
Minimum three years of experience from product projects and Project Manager work
Minimum six years of work experience
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
