Working in the Western Europe Area, the successful candidate will be the responsible product marketing manager for the Microsoft Teams portfolio. They will be the subject matter expert for the products and cultivate a deep knowledge of Teams, Teams Calling, Teams Meeting Rooms and Reams as a platform. As the Teams product evangelist, they will be responsible for driving Teams awareness, readiness and enthusiam to support Microsoft's customers in their Hybrid Work transformation. This will include supporting subsidiary PMMs and sellers in driving Teams adoption for new customers and orchestrating area and subsidiary stakeholders to drive Teams usage and portfolio expansion in the existing customer base. They will also be responsible for providing insight and feedback to the corporate product teams to ensure that products are optimised for the Western Europe markets and that field staff are fully supported with sales and marketing tools. They will take ownership of assigning and successfully achieving the Teams balanced scorecard targets for each fiscal year.
Responsibilities:

Lead and orchestrate Teams adoption and upsell motion
  • Responsible for leading and orchestrating subsidiaries to drive Teams adoption as measured by the key scorecard metrics: Teams Meetings, Teams Platform and Teams Phone
  • Actively engage cross Segments and cross Area in the One Microsoft orchestration (rationalized audience touches, coordinated offers, integrated marketing calendar, etc.) to drive adoption across Teams workloads and upsell motion for MTR and Voice

Marketing Planning and Program/Campaign Execution
  • Plan, influence and execute key Teams related Marketing moments and feature releases with guidance from Corp and track/report with standardized marketing tools, KPIs, and budget discipline.
  • Create area and coach subsidiary PMMs in creating marketing plans and campaign investment decisions, including targeting, for product marketing-owned campaigns and activities, partner with segment/channel teams to prioritize investment decisions for non-product marketing owned activities.
  • Act as the voice of the field by ensuring timely updates/feedback to Corporate on product marketing and campaign execution in subsidiary.

Product Evangelism
  • Maintain product knowledge and evangelize the Teams, Teams Phone, Teams as a Platform and Teams Meeting Rooms (MTR) internally and externally to enthusiasts, influencers, and pre-sales customer scenarios with Business Value Programs.
    Adjust differentiated value proposition and create compelling, localized product Bill of Materials (BOM) (To-Customer and To/thru-Partner) and integrate with all subsidiary marketing activities.
  • Drive seller usage of Business Value Programs and Teams tools to bring high value scenarios to life.
    Develop local customer evidence partnering with marketing, field and partners.
    Provide business objectives to marketing Integrated Marketing Managers who develop integrated marketing plans. PMMs participate in the workstreams led by marketing to build a comprehensive event plan for the complete fiscal year.
  • Collaborate with the partner team to identify partner landscape across WE, define the skilling requirements and provide guidance on skilling programs, provide feedback on corp partner programs


Manage the Business Priorities and drive an all-green Teams Scorecard
  • Own and drive segment TLIs and scorecard metrics related to the Rhythm of the Business (ROB) and Correction of Errors.
  • Develop and coach local business management strategy - partner with segment to interpret market opportunity/risk and build appropriate Go-to-Market.
  • Determine key insights and asks to accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365, qualify inhibitors (with recommendations) to escalate to subsidiary leadership and Microsoft Corporate.
    Participate in preparation for quarterly review meeting and other Corp meetings as appropriate.
    Participate in quarterly connection meetings with Corp to support the local BG Lead.
  • Collaborate with subsidiary Usage PMMs to enable connection between STU , CSU and FastTrack in local ROBs and surface help needed from FastTrack and engineering to land critical deals
  • Leverage area marketing funds for joint area campaigns and to enable subsidiary PMMs to run local campaign activity on Usage
  • Meetings, Calling , Platform & Devices: ensure connection with stakeholders for high propensity Teams usage customers across workloads and landing Sales Plays content.
    Teams: Leverage thought leadership and resources from Microsoft Corporate alongside a deep, outside-in understanding of your local market to accelerate and ensure successful Teams adoption and growth.

Qualifications:

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent experience required, relevant fields of study include: Marketing, Business, Computer Science


Experience
  • Strong and demonstrated experience in a similar role
