Job description

We are looking for a Platform Manager with an accountability for the Infor M3 Digital Platform. You will lead the technology development and operations for the IKEA Food M3 platform and its surrounding applications that support the Ikea Food business within the core processes of Supply Chain planning, operations, logistics and Wholesale/Finance.

You will build, lead and develop the Platform team, which is part of the Supply Data & technology department. You will also lead the design of the technology landscape that support our IKEA Supply transformation ambitions, identifying and establishing the relevant technologies and operate the necessary platforms.

More specifically, in this role you will be:

• Accountable for the IKEA Food Supply Chain ERP platform, Infor M3, and its technical development, integration, infrastructure and operations.
• Accountable for the overall technical solution designs and the platform Roadmap - leading towards uniformity and commonality across Inter IKEA.
• Leading all aspects of delivery throughout their lifecycle, including performance, financials and continuous improvement.
• Create, manage and hold together the technology development and life cycle plans together with the targeted technology landscape.
• Lead by example, in your team and network across Inter IKEA, empowering co-workers to perform and grow according to agreed goals, supporting today and tomorrow's needs.
• Lead and manage the platform team and partnering closely with other product teams to define assignments (OKR`s), secure high availability and reliability of related developments.
• Work closely together with peers and connected stakeholders across IKEA to guide and identify deliverables and govern test- and release management for the Food Digital M3 platform.
• Play a lead role, giving and taking responsibility, in co-creating, refining IKEA's wished position, standards, frameworks for technology services and promoting its implementation journey.
• Steer and manage strategic relation with suppliers connected to the IKEA Supply technology services.
• Partner with service providers and IT functions to prioritize and also monitor performance, support and resource utilization.

We are looking for a visionary Platform manager with strong willpower. You are curious and have a strong track record from building teams and ability to maintain relationships to business stakeholders as well as to our digital product areas. We expect you to have a solid leadership experience from various management roles and also good knowledge of how to work with ERP systems in a large-scale business, preferably the Infor M3 Platform.

As a person you are appreciated for collaborative spirit and how you lead with strong focus on both process, platform and people.

To be successful in this job you have:

• Solid and broad management and leadership experience with a strong ability to inspire people towards clearly set objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders on different levels and knowledge areas.
• Strong knowledge and experience in working with large scale ERP platforms in an integrated end-to-end landscape, preferable the Infor M3 platform.
• Good knowledge in the IKEA Business, its Processes and Way of Working or similar experience from a large global Retailer and/or Wholesaler.
• Experience from integrated planning and agile Ways of working

In this role you will report to our Platform Area Manager within Supply Data & technology.
