Through data collection, in-depth analysis, and actionable insights, we help shape the way real estate companies operate. Today, over 450 residential and real estate companies across fifteen countries continuously measure and benchmark their performance with the support of AktivBo.
What you will do
As an Operations Specialist, you'll be involved in a variety of exciting projects where you'll take charge of internal production work. Your role will be crucial in both launching and managing ongoing projects, with tasks ranging from data processing and system administration to hands-on survey management and engaging with clients.
You will work closely with AktivBo's Customer Development Managers, supporting them by collecting and processing critical information from our client companies. The work is diverse, challenging, and essential for the high quality of our deliveries.
Who are you?
We believe that you are a driven and solution-focused person with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Your ability to manage multiple projects at once means you're skilled at planning, structuring, and clear communication. A strong customer focus and understanding of the client's business are crucial in this role.
We believe that you also bring the following:
A university degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Information Systems or Computer Science
Previous experience of similar tasks or a project-oriented environment
Strong proficiency in Excel
An interest in data and if you have previously worked with relational databases, this is a plus
Fluency in Swedish, German and English
