We are a team of Product Managers , Product Owners, and a Digital Business Manager , dedicated to transforming digital customer touchpoints , who are seeking a passionate and talented Product Owner to be part our transformation journey of Telia ' s e-commerce experience for our B2B customers .
The role of Product Owner is one of the crucial roles within the digital organization. You will be reporting to the Head of Digital Experience , responsible for co- creating , driving, and delivering the key initiatives that provide a world class eCom merce to enhance customer experience and drive business growth in Telia B2B.

In the role as a Product Onwer you will put together and communicate a clear vision for the digital customer experience, focusing on digital sales. To do this, you will create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation, as well as supporting development teams and foster cross-functional collaboration together with other internal resources.
In this position you'll also monitor KPIs to drive data-informed decisions, gather customer feedback to enhance experiences, and stay updated on industry trends to keep the e-commerce platform competitive. Together with internal resources you'll gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value and customer impact in an agile way of working.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have proven experience (3-5 years) as a Product Owner or similar role within the digital sphere, with a track record of driving successful e-commerce transformations. Y ou have a s trong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management , as well as experience of working in large organizations with high complexity. As a person, we believe you possess an analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, as well as excellent communication skills.

- Define Product Vision and collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, sales, Product Managers and customer support to develop and articulate a clear and compelling product vision for digital customer experience, focusing on the digital sales area .
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in the e-commerce space.
- User-Centric Design: Champion user-centric design principles, working closely with UX/UI to create seamless and engaging digital experiences for our B2B customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators ( KPIs ) to assess product performance and drive data-driven decision-making
- Customer /Market Feedback Integration: Gather feedback and market insights to continuously enhance the digital customer experience and have competitive offerings

- Previous experience with developing digital e-commerce products in a complex technical landscape
- Experience with customer feedback tools and UX-principles
- Able to create stakeholder clarity and roadmaps as well as converting tasks into actual business results
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English. Swedish is a plus!
