About this Position
Are you an experienced marketer, in brand or product management ready to enter the next step in your career? We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our Consumer Adhesives (ACC) marketing department in the Nordics, who can develop with our motivated team and take our brands to new heights.

What you'll do
  • Develop and implement Brand plans (mainly Pattex) and activations aligning with global brand strategy, brand model and innovation pipeline.
  • Together with external agencies develop, execute & review digital marketing campaigns and BTL activities to grow brand awareness & purchase.
  • Lead the launch of new product introductions in the Nordic market together with the global and local team.
  • Work in close collaboration with other business functions such as Sales, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to steer new launches or portfolio maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Monitor monthly the brand portfolio performance and identify necessary actions when needed.
  • Develop sell-in presentations and other sales tools for brand activities and new launches, and present internally to sales as well as externally to key customers.
  • Monitor the Nordic market landscape, category actions and related consumer trends and initiate relevant initiatives and activations.
  • Participate in Global marketing meetings for specified categories, work in close collaboration with other market's colleagues and share/adopt best practices.
  • Define portfolio pricing hierarchy and pricing in close collaboration with sales lead.
  • Develop product and brand presence through developing relevant content for digital channels, including own websites, own social media platforms and customer websites.
  • Plan marketing budget for your brands & monitor spend.
What makes you a good fit
  • University degree, preferably within Marketing. 3-5 years of working experience within Brand Management or similar (such as Product Management or Marketing management).
  • Competence and experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience from retail or FMCG is an advantage.
  • Project management skills, with a habit of structuring the work and projects in close collaboration with others.
  • Strategic thinker with high level of commercial & business acumen.
  • Strong analytical & creative mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages are a merit.
