About the role

We are seeking a skilled Netsuite Specialist to manage, configure, develop and maintain Eficode's Netsuite solution. In this role, you will focus on optimizing Netsuite to align with Eficode's financial reporting / business needs to ensure its effective and efficient operation.

Your tasks will include:

• Being main user / administrator of Netsuite - manage roles and accesses, define operational, functional and technical requirements & ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Netsuite functionality, data integrity, and performance
• Provide technical support to Netsuite end users
• Customize Netsuite to improve workflow efficiency and user experience
• Lead Netsuite integration projects in relation to M&A
• Provide Netsuite training to ensure up to date knowledge and effective use of the solution
• Communication with external Partner when applicable
• The position also requires overseeing master data, integrations and dataflows between Netsuite and other relevant systems

Who we are looking for

This experience will help you succeed in this role:

• Proven experience working with Netsuite - inhouse or e.g. Netsuite consulting
• Project management experience
• ERP systems development
• Familiarity with finance and accounting principles
• Understanding finance and business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Development oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired skills and qualifications

It would be an added bonus if you have:

• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI
• Familiarity with Celigo or similar integration platforms
• Experience in managing integrations and dataflows between Netsuite and other systems
