Essentra Components is hiring a Marketing Coordinator (Nordics)

Essentra Components is looking for a motivated and driven Marketing Coordinator (Nordics) who will play a key role in supporting and executing Essentra's marketing strategy.

This role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities for developing, implementing, and managing localised marketing campaigns and communications in the Nordics and Baltic regions, with the goal of growing Essentra's customer base.

The role reports to the General Manager and is part of a wider marketing team with equivalent roles in other EMEA countries. You will also benefit from the support and resources of centralised teams, acting as an internal agency to execute plans and campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

Operational and Creative Tasks
  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media campaigns, to reach relevant industries and customer segments.
  • Develop, write, and localize content for various channels, including newsletters, advertisements, and printed materials, in line with Essentra's brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the localisation of centrally produced materials and copy by coordinating the translation review of content in relevant languages to your market (Swedish, Finnish)
  • Coordinate and oversee Essentra's participation in industry events such as Subcontractor at Elmia & Helsinki and other trade shows in the Nordics and Baltics, managing from start to finish.
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives and deliver value to customers.


Strategic Responsibilities
  • Build a strong understanding of the local market by researching segments, trends, and customer behaviour to identify key target audiences and value propositions.
  • Develop localized marketing plans aligned with EMEA marketing strategy, combining online and offline campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Oversee,optimize and monitor the annual marketing budget to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and activities.


Performance Tracking and Analysis
  • Monitor and analyse key marketing metrics, such as lead generation, sales data, and conversion rates, and present campaign results and improvement suggestions to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, budgets, and key learnings to maintain transparency and improve future initiatives.


Who You Are

We are looking for a self-driven, solution-oriented, and creative individual who are used to work locally in an international work environment. You are equally comfortable working independently or collaborating with others, and you have theability to balance details with the bigger picture.

Requirements
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, incl. Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Fluent in Swedish or Finnish (at least one is required) and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Finnish or other Nordic languages.
  • Experience working in international environments.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
