About the Role

- Lead SEM strategy development: Oversee the creation and implementation of SEM strategies that drive traffic and conversions for multiple watch brands.
- Mentor and manage a team: Guide and inspire a team of SEM specialists, creating a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
- Optimise campaign performance: Use data-driven insights to monitor, analyse, and optimise SEM campaigns, maximising ROI and ensuring alignment with global brand strategies.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing teams in Malmö and Barcelona to create a seamless integration of SEM efforts across the group.
- Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with the latest SEM techniques and technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Manage budgets and resources: Plan, allocate, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources while meeting campaign objectives.
