We are looking for a "Marketing Activation Specialist" to join our Marketing Team in Fiskars Group Sweden.
The Marketing Activation Specialist supports the team in making sure that marketing plans for the brands are activated and executed in the best and most efficient way in line with the agreed brand strategies and sales expectations for the Swedish market. This role is key when it comes to preparing and getting ready for launches and perform hands on execution. Our product portfolio consists of multiple brands, and this position will mainly be working with our Vita brands such as Iittala, Rörstrand, and Moomin. You will be part of an energized and skilled team, and working closely with other stakeholders such as sales, central marketing teams, and external partners.
Key tasks that the role is responsible for are:
- Support execution of brand campaigns to meet both company and individual brand targets for the market.
- Contribute to the development of an overall marketing plan that is consistent with own retail objectives.
- Secure alignment between own stores and e-com to have one omnichannel marketing plan
- Lead local CRM and newsletter messaging for Own Retail and support creation of e-mail content and be part of the communication team for the plan for email marketing and execution of that plan.
- Manage the brand budget in own retail and secure the best ROI of the budget spent to support the sales and brand targets balancing short term reality with long term brand building.
- Be a partner to the central team by giving a local view on initiatives as well as making sure the sales organization gets the support needed for the best results
- Support creation of e-mail content and be part of the communication team for the plan for email marketing and execution of that plan.
- Take active part in sales follow up driven especially from activities such as CRM and analysis and follow up on brand performance in the market.
- Be a partner to the local SU organization. Responsible for all POS management (creation, inventory/pos platform) for activations
- Planning and managing customer and retail specific activities and events together with the in-store execution specialists.
- Create and send out the monthly campaign information for outlets and stores
Profile characteristics and skills expected to succeed in this position:
Bachelor level education in marketing or related field is a plus, but previous experience and learning abilities are most important.
- 5+ years total work experience, and 3+ years of marketing experience within a brand marketing team or at an agency
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both English and Swedish as working language
- Photoshop (Adobe acrobat PRO )
- InDesign
- Microsoft Office, Power point- word- Excel
- Commercial mindset with a desire to create change and achieve results
- Self-driven, organized, and solution oriented
- Strong cooperative skills, and work well in a team setting
