We are looking for an additional colleague to join us as aMarketing Activation Manager Wound Carewithin the Health & Medical (HM) Business Unit. HM encompasses the Incontinence Products Health Care and Medical Solutions categories.
The portfolio includes wound care, incontinence products, compression therapy, orthopedics, skincare products and digital solutions with sensor technology. Distribution channels for the products are pharmacies, medical devices stores, hospitals, distributors and care institutions as well as online.
Located just a couple of minutes from Mölndal train station in Gothenburg, Essity offers you to be part of an international business setting with over 1 000 employees and many contacts across different functions, units and countries. You will be part of a dedicated marketing team working with different product areas and channel responsibilities. The marketing team works closely with the Sales and Key Account teams focusing on different sales channels and has a broad internal stakeholder network with local functions to the daily interactions with customer service supporting with questions to orders and other product related questions. You will work with our range of products in the wound care segment, with brands such as Cutimed, Leukoplast and Sorbact.

The Marketing Activation Manager's main tasks are:
- Executing marketing activities and objectives according to plan for our wound care products in hospitals, primary care, municipalities, pharma, ecommerce and B2B channels, including deliverables such as:
- Updated product information and marketing material for Swedish market in line with global material
- Adapted global material for all media types and their activation for different target groups
- Training presentations on wound care and/or product fact, claims, usage instructions etc. in line with global material
- Competitor overview of activities and products
- Local media plan
- BTB, BTC, and BTBTC marketing and media expert across Health and Medical Channels, driving focus on full funnel digital approach leveraging digital marketing and CRM in cooperation with sales team.
- Working closely with local marketing team and Nordic Brand Manager
- Securing sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocation.
- Channel management for hospitals, primary care, pharmacies and private distributors
- Local brand and product management
- Supporting our sales teams & customer service with product knowledge and customer communication on the wound care product range under the Cutimed, Leukoplast and Sorbact brands incl. supporting with ad hoc customer requests and questions.
- Training and motivating sales teams to be able to activate marketing activities.
- Essential part of the strategic and practical product knowledge pre-, during and post the tender-bidding process.
- Developing agenda, plan, and support execution for our own training events in cooperation with product specialists in sales teams.
Key competencies:
- University degree, preferably in marketing, business administration, economics or similar
- At least a few years of experience as a product or brand manager
- B2B marketing and commercial experience within Healthcare Medical devices is a requirement, and experience from wound care is a big plus
- Proven track record of developing and activating marketing plans/deliverables
- Experience with portfolio management
- Digital marketing experience preferably towards healthcare staff and/or BtC/B2B customers
- Fluent in Swedish and English
