To success in this role, we believe you have:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance or Industrial Engineering with excellent academic performance
• 5 + years of consulting experience within controlling, risk management and corporate development or 7+ controlling, finance performance and business analysis experience in the line organization
• Experience from Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Operations & Operating Model, Finance Platform Transformation, Value Realization Office, Zero-Based, Integrations & Migrations, Business Turnaround, Mergers & Divestitures
• Experience from diverse projects and teams
• Fluent in English (incl. experience with written and oral presentations in English), conducting interviews and workshops facilitation

The position will report to CFO & EV Lead and workplace is Stockholm, Sweden. Some travel should be expected.
