Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for process governance and product reliability for MACH R&D
- Ensure R&D project requirements and Products designs comply with internal & external international standards
- Ensure proper support to R&D teams to assure designs are done according to required standards
- Coach team and individuals in their daily tasks
- Develop team and individuals.
Your background
- Academic degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical engineering
- Documented experience as quality manager for electronics.
- Demonstrated experience with international standards & directives (IEC, CE, UL...)
- Experience with New Product Introduction for industrial/energy markets
- Strong problem-solving mindset / Root Cause Analysis skills
- Extensive experience from quality assurance work in product development processes
- Experience from the Advanced Quality Planning Approach and in general good understanding of risk management processes across functions - R&D, Supply, Manufacturing
- Familiarity with reliability engineering (e.g. FMEA) as a plus
