You will provide strategic direction and you will be driving performance to ensure that all activities meet the required necessities including contractual requirements such as scope and on-time delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Leading a team of engineers by focusing on personal development for the team members as well as preparing the team for existing and future challenges.
• Driving development activities within the department. You will be responsible to develop processes, tools as well as driving the technical development within the department.
• Setting goals and targets for the team and follow up on progress.
• Guide the team, prioritize between activities and handle stakeholder management.
• Budget responsibility.

Your background

• You hold a university degree in a relevant field and have a technical background from technical areas relevant for the position.
• To be successful in this role, you have a strong interest in the technology as well as a keen interest in developing people.
• You are an engaged person who thrives in a constantly changing environment and enjoys collaboration.
• Swedish skills would be advantageous.
