Job Description:

Transformers Service is abusiness unit within Hitachi Energy Sweden AB that supervise installation and provide service on transformers and reactors up to the very highest apparent power and voltages on the market today, 1500 MVA and 1100kV respectively. The unit also offers diagnostics, regeneration, spare parts to customers worldwide.

In our Diagnostic department we perform measurements and analyses of oil and material from all kinds of transformers to fully identify the health of our customers transformers and fleets.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of 13 employees, with various roles and responsibilities. All from our people working in the lab to our people working with the digital analyses.
  • You'll drive the team performance to ensure that deliverables are met on time, as per contract, safety and quality requirements. Continuously support, motivate, train, and develop the team.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure proper communication of tests and test result.
  • Provide direction to ensure that safety, integrity and financial requirements are met.
  • You will be a part of the Transformer Service Management team.
  • You will ensure (with HR support) that your area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

Your background
  • As successful candidate you have several of years previous management experience
  • You have a university degree in chemistry and/ or physicals
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Environment requirements
  • You have a background with proven success in business development and are confident in decision making
  • We highly value your personality in this role. We see that you are a driven, positive, humble, and communicative person with excellent influencing skills
  • Swedish and English skills are a must, both written and spoken
