Legal Counsel within Tech | SEB, Solna

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to Tech Legal, a team of currently 4 experienced legal professionals, within SEB's group function Technology which consists of over 3000 employees. Does that sound like a fit for you?

About the role
You will be part of SEB's Tech Legal team which is responsible for providing legal support in a wide range of tech/IT related matters across the bank. One of the team's major responsibilities is to provide support in strategic sourcing initiatives involving and relating to, for example, cloud services, software licensing, outsourcing, AI and cyber security, where you will:
•provide tailored advice to internal stakeholders on legal and contractual risks and risk mitigation.
•draft and negotiate agreements, including cloud, outsourcing, SaaS and software license agreements.
•stay up to date with technology-related regulatory developments.
•develop and contribute to Tech Legal's processes and tools, including updating and maintaining internal documents and contract templates.
•collaborate and align with stakeholders including other legal functions within the SEB Group.

Qualifications
• Swedish Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
• Minimum 5-7 years of legal experience, preferably within a large corporation or law firm.
• Expertise in tech- and cloud-related legal matters, including contract negotiations.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• A genuine interest in and understanding of technology is meriting.
