Since the launch 2016 in Sweden and Finland, Exeltis was established in Norway 2022 and has grown to become one of the leading pharmaceutical companies within Women's Health. We are now also represented in Denmark. To support the growth, Exeltis is now recruiting a Key Account Manager to be mainly responsible for the West Region of Norway.
Our new team member will become a valuable part of a passionate team that combines local expertise with Nordic support, working together to deliver solutions that make a difference for women's health.
Main responsibilities in short:
- Be a constructive member of the Scandinavian sales team and contribute to deliver on the Norwegian objectives by planning and executing activities in accordance with both individual planning within the district agreed, and the needs from a team level perspective.
- Driving uptake of the company's current and future brands in prioritized therapeutic areas to deliver on agreed objectives and tactics within agreed district.
- Develop and execute comprehensive key account plans based on insights and understanding of the account situation, opportunities, challenges, and needs ensuring alignment with Exeltis' objectives, KPIs, and tactics.
- Plan, execute and evaluate relevant activities and regular meetings to support and educate healthcare professionals to raise awareness of how Exeltis products can benefit women throughout their lives and advice on proper usage, to drive Exeltis' performance and market differentiation.
- Facilitate activities and meetings using a variety of solutions, both "irl." and web-based and make sure that all such interactions with HCPs and other stakeholders are carried out with high quality, ensuring compliance with legal and strategic requirements.
- Foster long-term relationships with strategic accounts and relevant stake holders, acting as an ambassador for Exeltis, behaving ethically, aligned with regulatory requirements and adhere to Exeltis' values and behavior.
Basic Requirements:
- University level or Pharmacist / Nurse education
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience from sales within pharma
- Experience from primary care position or women's health care
- Completion of LMI pharmaceutical marketing & compliance course mandatory
- Experience from Rx
- Driver's license and willingness to travel
- Residing in Western part of Norway
- Strong communication skills and fluent in Norwegian and English

Additional Information:
- The district comprises Rogaland, Agder, Vestlandet & part of Moere og Romsdal
- The position imposes occasional overnight stays
- Travel is required on a weekly basis within the district and occasional trips to other parts of Norway and within the Nordic region.
