We're looking for a creative, hands-on UGC Coordinator to join our Creative Team part-time - perfect for someone studying and wanting to gain experience in the exciting world of influencer and content marketing.

About the role

As our UGC Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with focus onuser-generated content (UGC) projects. This isn't about senior experience - it's about your creative eye, understanding of social media trends, and enthusiasm to learn and grow. You'll assist in creating briefs for UGC creators, brainstorming content ideas, and translating client strategies into engaging and impactful content.

Your tasks & Responsibilites

• Assist in crafting briefs for UGC creators, ensuring they match client goals and brand tone.
• Support with content ideas, strategies, and moodboards to inspire creativity.
• Research and identify trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Work with the Campaign Director to help select the best creators for campaigns.
• Provide light guidance on social media strategy and content-first approaches to enhance projects.

Who are we looking for?

• You're proabably a student looking for an extra job and eager to develop your skills in content and social media strategy.
• You have a natural flair for spotting trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• You're organized, creative, and proactive, with an eye for engaging content.
• You've dabbled in content creation, SoMe strategy, or marketing - maybe through studies, internships, or personal projects.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
