We are looking for an experienced Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP) Expert or Senior Expert in the Financial Crime Business Advisory Team (FCBA). You will be responsible for all Service Level Agreements and Intra Group Agreements GFCP have with the Business Areas (BA's) and relevant Legal Entities (LE's).

About our team

Meet the Financial Crime Business Advisory team. Our role is to support business areas in identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring financial crime risk. We are responsible for oversight of the Performance Management framework and contract management between Group Financial Crime Prevention and the service receivers.

Our team is in GFCP Office, with employees located across Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Estonia.

What you'll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role:
  • Validate and anchor content of the agreements and GFCP Service Catalogue with GFCP leadership team
  • Keep stakeholders closely informed on continuous developments and/or changes in GFCP
  • Ensure all agreements cover business as usual activities
  • Connect deliveries in GFCP with relevant service level measures and reporting (MI)
  • Verify cost allocation and budgeting (Rolling Financial Forecast)
  • Continuously develop and improve Service Legal Agreements/Inter Group Agreement governance process and run the implementation of those improvements

Your background and skills include:
  • Structured, analytical and creative thinking
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to connect and collaborate with people and proven ability to get results through others
  • Dependable and willing to speak up - even if it is not convenient.
  • Professional level of written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
  • It is an advantage if you have previous experience within Financial Crime prevention
  • Degree or equivalent experience
