We are looking for an experienced, organized and committed Project manager/engineer

The open position's main tasks include:

Quoting and tender pricing calculation

Part-take in negotiations

Project Scheduling

Weekly reporting to clients and board meetings

Billing and procurement

Extensive knowledge on concrete structures

Extensive understanding of drawing and plans

Quality control

Work supervision

Work-force organizing

Salary and performance-pay calculation

Shift and rotation management

Safety control and training

Recruitment

Logistics

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Construction/Civil Engineering

Over 5 years experience in Construction Management and Design

Skills on multiple engineering software

Skills on multiple management software

Social skills and teamwork oriented

Planning, reporting and communication skills

Excellent managerial skills

Excellent English language skills

Flexible working hours

Appreciated:

Masters degree

Albanian, Russian or Swedish language skills

Driving license

Experience in construction labor
