As Cluster Operations Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will hold a critical position in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our projects across Denmark, Finland, and Sweden. You will lead project management, site management, and project planning efforts within this dynamic cluster, ensuring the success and growth of our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Reinforce and maintain a culture of HSE, Sustainability, and Quality in all Project Operations.
• Contribute to the implementation of the Project Execution strategy in the Cluster Project Operation, aligning it with our global business strategies.
• Lead a team of managers and employees, building an effective, capable, and high-performing organization.
• Facilitate a diverse and inclusive work environment where all team members are motivated, embrace cultural differences, and collaborate harmoniously towards a shared mission.
• Ensure the Cluster Portfolio of Projects is managed consistently, following best practices and HE Processes and Policies.
• Take ownership of safe, on-quality, on-time, and on-budget Project Execution, delivering Project cash.
• Manage the Cluster Project Portfolio while aiming to improve overall Gross Results at the portfolio level, all while managing and mitigating risks.
• Oversee Project Execution activities at the Cluster Portfolio level through Project and Portfolio Reviews. Be actively involved in resolving escalated issues.
• Be accountable for the overall customer satisfaction across the Project Portfolio.

Your Background:

• You hold a master's degree in engineering, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
• You bring over 10 years of valuable experience in Project execution and Operations Management.
• Sound knowledge of the Grid and Power Quality sector, empowering you to make informed decisions.
• Show your ability to thrive in multicultural settings and lead teams from diverse backgrounds.
• Prove your leadership skills with strong communication, influencing, and coaching abilities.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring our projects exceed expectations.
