Accounting Manager
at Rebtel
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Key Responsibilities:
As Accounting Manager at Rebtel you will be part of an ambitious and friendly team of 6 people. You will be responsible for the accounting function at Rebtel and report to the CFO. Tasks will range between strategic and operational nature, including topics such as CSRD reporting to setting up new accounts in the accounting system.
Main tasks:
Ownership and development of the Accounting function and Treasury
Ensuring correctness of day to day accounting tasks and month-end closing
Consolidation of results for Rebtel Group and ensure timely reporting
Support salary management
Submit reports and tax declarations to authorities
Drive the process of, create and submit annual reports
Drive the Audit processes
Various ad hoc projects and tasks

A motivated, proactive, thorough and solutions-oriented individual who likes to combine repetitive work tasks and developing a great accounting function, including trying to find better ways of doing things. We need someone who enjoys getting things done and has a can-do attitude. We want someone who speaks freely and is not afraid to ask for clarity.
To be a successful candidate you have:
University degree in Accounting and Financial Management or equivalent
2-3 years of relevant experience
Experience of K3 accounting standards
Experience and understanding of the overall tasks within accounting as well as experience from working in Excel/Google Sheets
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Attention to detail, thoroughness and high level of accountability
Swedish and English, both oral and written
Bonus points:
Experience working with Fortnox.
