Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a mid-career background in the media industry, with expertise in various advertising options, analysis, optimization, and client advisory on impact and execution. Experience in programmatic advertising and SaaS is advantageous but not mandatory. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential. The role involves partial remote work, with an expectation of being in the office 2-3 days a week and occasional travel to meet clients. While the primary focus is on the Nordic market, responsibilities may extend to the UK and other European markets as opportunities arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Provide exceptional onboarding experiences, ensuring clients effectively integrate Realforce products into their operations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on advertising strategies and execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze client campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for getting more out of the Realforce platform.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional Realforce products and services that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Strategy on growth and retention strategies, and coordinate with the VP of Sales and the broader commercial team.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years in account management within the media industry, with a focus on advertising strategies and client advisory.
  • Skills: Proficient in various advertising options, measurement techniques, and optimization strategies. Experience with programmatic advertising and SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients across the Nordics, UK, and other European markets.
