About the role
As our Test Lead for Lumera Delivery and Integration, your responsibilities will include:
- Test strategy and planning: Implement our test strategy and plan for Lumera system deliveries and integrations.
- Test execution and coordination: Manage and lead testing efforts, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
- Defect management: Identify, document, and prioritize issues to ensure timely resolutions and delivery quality.
- Environment and data setup: Oversee test environment configurations and manage test data to enable seamless testing processes.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Act as the main testing point of contact, ensuring alignment with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement: Analyze testing processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
You should have proven experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or in a similar role, particularly within system delivery and integration projects. Solid understanding of test methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including both manual and automated testing approaches. Familiarity with Lumera Core or similar insurance administration systems is advantageous. Strong skills in defect tracking, test case management, and test reporting, with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Experience in managing and coordinating test environments and data preparation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and convey testing insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
