We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, solving complex problems, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of systems, equipment, and processes. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Assist in the design, development, and optimization of technical systems, equipment, and processes.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Project Management: Lead or contribute to technical projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, reports, and specifications.
Testing & Validation: Conduct tests to validate system functionality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs and processes meet regulatory requirements and company safety standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and product improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2-5 years in a technical engineering role or similar position.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools relevant to the role.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automation, IoT, renewable energy, process engineering, etc.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Strong technical writing skills.
