As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Resurs, you will play a key role in our Talent team, focusing on identifying the top tech profiles in the market. Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates in Tech, and other areas,through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, fairsetc.)
Building and maintaining a talent pool, particularly within the tech sector, to meet both current and future recruitment needs
Collaborating with hiring managers and tech leaders to understand their skill requirements
Analyzing tech market trends and providing insights into talent availability in the tech field
Participating in employer branding initiatives and representing Resurs at tech-related networking events and career fairs
Developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract top tech talent
On a personal level
We see that you are a person without prestige who works independently and who has asolution-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Has experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably with a focus on Tech
Is comfortable working with various sourcing tools and social platforms
Has strong communication skills and excels at building relationships, particularly within the tech community
Possesses an analytical mindset and is accustomed to working in a data-driven way
Is creative and proactive in their approach to work
Is fluent in both Swedish and English, in written and spoken form
