We are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Commercial team in Sweden.

Based in our office in Gothenburg and reporting to our Head of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in driving volume growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across maritime, trucking, and rail logistics. You'll be responsible for sales strategies, sales processes, and achieving revenue targets across all channels including identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new sales and marketing growth opportunities. You have a deep understanding of supply chain operations, a proven track record in B2B sales and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the maritime, trucking, and rail sectors

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure

Develop and extend our extensive Railway Network

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Conduct regular client meetings and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs

Market Analysis and Business Development:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized services and innovative solutions

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Collaborate and develop new railway terminals within the Scandinavian countries

Coordination and Collaboration:

Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services across maritime, trucking, and rail logistics

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables

Provide input on pricing strategies and service offerings

Reporting and Metrics:

Prepare and present sales forecasts, progress reports, and performance analyses to senior management

Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement

We are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Solid experience in sales within the container terminal, logistics, or transportation industry

Deep knowledge of the Swedish Railway industry

Strong knowledge of maritime, trucking, and rail logistics operations

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative, long-term business strategies.

Expertise in building trust and establishing strong rapport with a diverse clientele.

Skilled in identifying challenges and implementing effective, results-driven solutions.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently

Fluent in English and Swedish

Ability to travel as required
