About our team

You will belong to the "Transaction Monitoring Requirement & Analyst, Software Development" team. It is a team with skilled Developers and Analysts who works within different TM trains/agile teams.

You will be working in an agile team (Agile Release Train) that is delivering business critical application in Transaction monitoring space to further strengthen Nordea's financial crime prevention. In this role you will work closely with other technical and business experts in order to both deliver the project as well as leading the way to build the internal knowledge at Nordea. This role will fit into existing Exploration function, to ensure Nordea has the best application fit for purpose.

The role will be based in Sweden. We are working according to SaFe methodology and hence you will be part of a team which then are within a train. The majority of the interactions will be done in English and most of the meetings with stakeholders take place virtually.

What you'll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role:
  • Elicit, Validate and Document requirements (functional & non-functional)
  • Ensure alignment and transparency of requirements by acting as a bridge among product owner, epic owner, architect, senior IT analyst and agile team
  • Analyse, visualize and interpret data from various sources - usually as input for requirement analysis and explain the data mapping to the agile team
  • Support the shaping of new capabilities via Features and Stories as we are using the SAFe framework

Your background and skills include:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience working as an IT Analyst
  • Experience in Banking and Financial Crime Prevention
  • Great problem-solving and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for collaborating with relevant stakeholders
  • Understands the business requirements to translate those into technical solutions
