Job Description
Northab is seeking a highly skilled Senior Firewall Expert to join our team on a full-time basis, with the possibility of part-time work during the initial months. This is a remote position, although occasional on-site presence in locations north of Stockholm, such as Tierp, may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Take an active role in planning, documenting, and executing firewall implementation projects.
Collaborate with municipalities to create a unified IT environment, including a new cloud environment and shared data center.
Work closely with clients, project managers, and other resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
Contribute to the planning, documentation, and implementation phases of the project.
Required Skills and Experience
Extensive technical knowledge of Fortinet firewalls.
Experience working with municipal clients is advantageous, especially in outsourcing projects.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player who can collaborate closely with clients and external resources.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to planning and execution.
Previous experience as a Network Expert is a plus.
